While watching a movie yesterday, my little sister exclaimed
– wow, the car has doors like wings!
I rushed to check-out a “Merc SLS AMG” online and told her that those “wings” are
“Gull-wing doors”. Then, got a surprise from my parents that they too didn’t
know the name of those doors J
Friends, let’s see some interesting car models with these
wing-like doors…

Huayra as just a car with gull-wing doors, but gives the feeling of a bird about to take-off, isn’t it?
Can’t still understand why BMW didn’t make any cars with
these doors after its 1972’s Turbo (Michelotti). Is the car so old that I could
not even get the Wiki page for it J
